Can't squat deep? Test your ankles and see how it changes your lean

When a squat feels stuck, "tight hips" gets the blame. Often the ankle is the limit. If it runs out of range, your knees can't travel forward, so your chest folds forward or your heels lift.

Do the two-minute knee-to-wall check, compare left and right, then move the sliders to see how ankle range and a small heel lift change your lean at the bottom of a squat.
